When it's enabled really only my two 'gold star' cores boost frequently, the two worst never and the others only intermittently. Otherwise, no BM's are any different. The chip thinks its cool so it can clock higher but it doesn't have the voltage to do it because of the undervolt so you need to dial that core back.
