WebJun 12, 2024 · If your GPU fan is not spinning and you are also not getting any display or getting a black screen, then re-seat your graphics card by removing it and plugging it again in the PCIe x16 slot properly. Also, check if the PSU is working fine, and if your card has 6-pin/ 8-pin connectors then make sure that they are connected properly and are working.
