WebAug 8, 2015 · The permanent fix to this is to go into your Documents folder, right click the "my games" folder, go to Properties>Security, click the group you see that is missing check marks under the "Allow" column below, and then click "Edit...", and check "Full control". Click OK, reload Steam for good measure, and it should be fixed. WebFeb 19, 2011 · Seems to me that they might have fixed this issue with the latest patch (i.e. by removing the affiliation of the Vault 11 turrets to the same Faction ID as Lucky 38), but since I completed Vault 11 while playing under 1.01, I guess I destroyed the turrets that were set to the same faction ID as Lucky 38.
