WebIt's gopuff. As a former warehouse shift Lead, the company fucking sucks. There are so many issues that management meetings explored. The company sucks, pays drivers, warehouse people, and site leaders like dog shit. When you factor in the amount of hours people inside work in a management position, it hardly makes it worth it. WebBut suddenly Gopuff started hiring more drivers and then they cut hours from 10am-3am to 12pm-1am. After that they shorter the slots, (i remember there were like 5 drivers at the time and now just 1 driver or 3 drivers when it is busy) we also went from $22/hr warranted to $15/hr warranted.

WebPersonally for me one of the biggest issues GoPuff has is that their driver support team can only be reached via email. Shit, these days that's practically the equivalent of mailing an actual letter. It takes like 3 weeks to get a response. Seems like they literally have like 1 person answering all the emails.
