Equity-settled share-based payment transactions are generally those in which shares, share options or other equity instruments are granted to employees or other parties in return for goods or services. WebbIFRS 2 Share-based Payment(the “Standard”) is the financial reporting standard dealing with share based payments. It was first introduced in 2005, and is considered to be one of the most complex standards. One complexity is due to the calculation of share options where vesting is based on a market condition.
