Shooting keyholing
WebGenerally speaking, keyholing occurs when the bullet loses it's stabilty during flight. That could be due to loss of spin because of bad barrel rifling, or the rate of twist is too low, or the barrel diameter is too big for the bullet, to name a few. It could also occur if the bullets are not shaped correctly. That would cause aerodynamic problems.
